  My JW client!!!

  without disclosing who or where, i have a jw client who is pursuing an unfair dismissal claim and i have today managed to negotiate a hefty settlement in respect of his dispute (he was actually quite wronged to a degree).

  he obviously doesnt know i post here because i dont suppose he would mix with apostates (even though i have done some good work for him).

  so i presented the offer to him and some advice as to whether or not he should accept the offer and largely its a commercial decision he faces; does he carry on and continue to incur fees or does he settle now for a decent sum and cut his losses; you can imagine the scenario.

  the society says that jehovah is allowing time so that satan cannot refute the fact that man has tried "everything" and could not succeed without god.. the society also says that won't it be great when we are in the new system and can use our full brain capacity that we were created with.

  just think what we will be able to accomplish when we can use more than 0.01% of our brain.. uhhm, am i missing something?

  to me, based on those reasonings, it is totally logical to now say that satan will always be able to say that man was not given a proper chance to rule themselves because they were essentially handicapped.. just something new keeping me up at night these days!

  No harry potter fans here. J.K.K.Rowland is a great writer, I will even use the word genus to describe her work. As far as movies go is it a surprise I say the original starwars trilogy.

  Actually I have had two witnesses tell me this. One was the girl I should have married. One day she visited and we were just kickin it and she said how she never thought she would not want to go out in service or to the meetings. At the time I was married (to someone else of course) and feeling the same way. Of course instead of really digging out these feelings, we did what good witnesses do buried them and pretend they dont exist. I heard she got DF I would love to run into her again.

  The other time was just two days ago, a good friend of mine who normally spends time trying to figure out why I dont go to the hall anymore, confessed 'sometimes I feel the exact same way you do.' He was telling me how the bro he gets a ride to work with told him he will have to find another way to work. Never mind that the distance between there houses is less than a mile and they work essentially the same shift. yes it must be nice knowing there are bro's like that who will have your back once persecution begins. Alas by the end of the night he was back to his mantra of he must continue to wait on Jehovah and he will bless him.

  It is amazing what the human pyschi will allow and dis-allow.

  Actually I like the new song ti amo corazon (or whatever its called.) Plus you never know, prince may be the one to revolutionize the witnesses. Think about it eventually he will tire of the BS (maybe even drop by here for a looksy) and start to voice his opions at various congo's he visit as he is on tour. The perfect revolutionary 1. he tours so he cant be pinned down by the elders 2. hes vocal and by giving his thoughts at different halls it will stir the intelectual beast that is in most witnesses 3.Hes freekin prince you think if he where to give a radical comment at sundays WT some local elder will dare try and check him. Just an intriging thought.

  i was reading e-watchman today and someone there is saying that after studying the what does the bible really teach book at bookstudies the next book will be the revelation book!!!.

  there isn't any real proof, but the poster claimed a letter from bethel stated this.

  perhaps some here can dig around and confirm or deny this new rumor.. we've studied it 3 times in the past and it's been awhile.

  Seattle nice guy how can you say that those were just conventions held 80 years ago? Dont you realize that those conventions corasponde to the trumpet blast of revelations.Those conventions were the fullfillment of the 3-6 blast according to the book. One would think that a trumpet blast by an angel would symbolize much more but, who am I to argue with a revelation by god given to jesus who laterals to an angel who finds john open down field for the first down.
